Submit an abstract
 

All abstracts should be submitted online  in English language and should not exceed 250 words (excluding authors and affiliations).

Only accepted abstracts and fully paid registration will be added in the digital abstract book.

Help with abstract submission

There are 4 steps to submit an abstract:

1. In this first step, indicate a preference (Oral or Poster) for your abstract, choose a prefered topic from those offered, and then indicate or paste the title of your abstract. You can proceed to the next step by using the "Next Step" button.
2. You can now type or paste the text of your abstract and go to the next step.
3. You can add the institutions and co-authors using the present interface. You must designate an author to present your abstract. You can go to the next step.
4. In the last step, you just have to indicate if you want to confirm your abstract definitively or if you prefer to keep it in draft mode to be able to modify it later. Finally click on the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

Reviewing and selection process
 

All abstracts submitted will go through a peer-review process. If your presentation is accepted, the final decision will be taken by the conference Scientific Committee.

The conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject low quality abstracts, as well as those not pertinent to the themes of the conference.

All presenting authors for oral and poster presentations will be notified by email in early April 2025.

Poster presentations
 

Abstracts selected for poster's presentation will be displayed during the poster's sessions. (cf. conference programme).

Please note that the posters size should not exceed 1 meter (3.3 feet) high by 0.70 meter (2.4 feet) wide. (Magnets provided on site).
